Software
1.Our company independently develops software system for market demand, has completely independent intellectual property rights of selection welding software, combined with many years of selection welding process, based on WINDOWS development of software functions, user-friendly operation and good traceability.
2.Show solder process with live on camera.
3.Critical parameters are totally under monitoring by PC software, like temperature, speed, pressure etc.
4.Meets offline programming: Debug the generator during production while editing the next production program.
5.Use scanned picture as background for path programming, moving speed, dwell time, empty move speed, Z height , wave height etc all programmed for different solder site. Programming can use Gerber, online positioning camera scanning (optional), printer scanning PCBA, three ways to obtain programming pictures.
6.Optional;This camera can be used for reference point identification and also for online camera scan programming.
7.Standard equipped with automatic wave peak height correction function. Peak height can be set to ensure the stability of the peak.
8.About PCB’s menu in soldering machine, all information will be stocked in one file.
